Maura & John Keane
June 19, 2008
Dear Joan,
John & I were deeply saddened to hear of the death of your Mom after our return from a few days vacation.
Unfortunately, we were not pivileged to know her personally, but I do know from what you had told me she was a lady of great character that left a lasting impression upon all who met her.
Nothing can take from you all of the wonderful memories and the happiness that you and your mother shared especially during her later years when you were able to be there and help her.
We both realize your great loss and the sadness that you are experiencing as we express our deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Yours very sincerely,
