Ethel has been a dear friend to me for 14 years. We met at a ladies Bible study and what we had in common was that we were 2 Jewish believers in Yeshua the Messiah. That made way for a deep understanding between us early on, and also a shared suffering of sorts. I came to know her as a sharp, brilliant woman who I admired and respected for what she had accomplished in her life (going to school in her 40's to become a teacher--all the kids she influenced and loved), her brilliant writing and communication skills, her discernment, her boldness, and her willingness to forsake all else for the G-d she worshipped. I will miss her dearly, and will remember all her wise words to me over the years. One comment she often made to me is "we don't go by feelings, we go by facts"! I will cherish all her beautifully, handwritten letters to me, when she encouraged me, helped me, shared scripture with me, or lovingly rebuked me. I will see you in heaven Ethel! I love you! Thank you for being there for me for so many years. You are finally where you want to be. Your friend, Teri
