Esther, I so often think of the good times we had together. Now that I am single myself,
I wish I had you here with me as we related so well on many levels.

I'm very saddened to learn of Esther's passing. She was a dear friend and a lovely person. She cut a wide swath through life, and she taught me many things. There is a new star in the heavens.

Taken around the time Esther and I were pals.

Esther and I were pals at the University of Chicago in 1947. I was so saddened to learn of her passing as I have been trying to locate friends from those days. She was a lovely, brilliant and fun loving person and although I haven't seen her in years I thought about her often and will now miss not having the ability to reconnect. Esther, you will forever be in my thoughts and prayers, the dinners and get togethers are memories I will keep near to my heart. Santa Monica won't be the same without you. May God continue to hold you in the palm of His hand. Peace and blessings.

Esther was a dear friend and mentor. She had the special gift of folding one into her wonderful worlds of knowledge, wisdom, adventure and fun. My children and grandchildren also came happily along for the thrilling ride. We will miss you, but always remember the wonderful times.

Just heard from a mutual friend of Esther's passing. I first met Esther when she was working in Cape Canaveral and we had many good times together. One of very few people with whom we managed to keep up a bicoastal friendship. Our condolences to Sheldon and Ruth.
