Lapin, Esther beloved wife of the late David, loving mother of Paulette (Howard) Kirschner and Jeffrey (Judith Lipinski) Lapin, devoted nana of Joey (Michael) Waldman, Annie Kirschner, David and Robert Lapin and great-grandmother of Sophie, fond sister of Leonard (Darlene) Ellman and the late Edith (Abraham) Kwate. Services Thursday, November 13th, at 11 a.m., at Weinstein Brothers Wilmette Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette (1 blk. North of Old Orchard). Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Showman's League of America Scholarship Fund, 300 W. Randolph, Chicago, IL, 60606. When I would visit my Aunt Florence, I would sometimes see her neighbor Esther. She was very nice and gracious. I have always liked her. I send my condolescenes to her family. She will truly be missed!

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of a great woman. She was my Mother in law for some time in my life. I will miss her. I have very fond memerories of her.
