Glick, Estelle (nee Allen); beloved wife of the late Louis; loving mother of Dr. Roberta Glick (Terry Unterman), Michael and the late Marcy Glick-Schwartz; cherished grandmother of Daniel and Jonah Glick-Unterman; dear sister of Ronnie (Harold) Sofferman and the late Herbert Allen; dearest sister-in-law of Shirley Sweet (Gilbert Ehrlich) and Herb (Joan) Orlove; adored aunt of Ilene, Denise, Bruce and Freddie Sofferman, Jack and Lee Orlove and the Sweet kids. Service Friday, 1 p.m. at Beth Emet The Free Synagogue, 1224 W. Dempster, Evanston. Interment Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Marcy Glick-Schwartz Brain Tumor Memorial Fund at Hektoen Institute, 2100 W. Harrison, Chicago, Illinois 60612. Dear Roberta and Michael,
I send you my deepest sympathy. I will never forget your mom. I will always cherish the memories of growing up on the southside with your mom (as well as the rest of your family); she definitely added much spirit and joy.
I wish you strength; you have had a

My Deepest Sympathy to the Gick Family. May Estelle's legacy be with you and comfort you, through this loss. She Loved her dear ones and friends, always had a kind word to say. She Loved life and brought many smiles to whomever she met.Estelle and I go back fifty years, and I will miss her, but God has now joined her with her dear husband Louis and her dear daughter Marcy. God also saw to it that she would not suffer. May she rest in peace. Amen
