We were very saddened to hear of the loss of Erwin Jr. Although our side of the family did not know him well, those occasions we met and from what we knew of him we sincerely liked. Kelly Glisan and Family

Julie, Tom, Andrew, and Malarie,
Once again I wanted you to know how truely sorry I am for your loss. Erwin (we didn't know him as Larry) made my life as his boss so much easier. He took pride in his job and ALWAYS did it right. I never had to check his work, if he said it was done I knew it was. He loved you all so much, the two of us had many talks about our families. I heard a lot of stories about Malarie playing volleyball. He also told me how the girls were already chasing his sons around. I knew he was very proud of you all because anytime he spoke of Julie or his kids he had a certain glow on his face. You can't fake that glow. He loved you all very much and wasn't affraid to tell me about it. I only knew him for about 4 years and had plans of working with him for a long time. I am glad I got the time I did with him and glad I could call him my friend. I will never forget him nor will any of the Ironworkers that had the pleasure to work with him.
I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
