Heike, Eric and Todd,
Our entire family's thoughts and prayers go out to you and the soul of your Father. And what a great soul he did posses as he was a loving, caring and extremely generous person. I always admired your Dad as he was always there to be a surrogate parent when Todd and I attended CMA.
His energy, style and that sly smile will be missed, but always remembered.

Dear Schmidt family,
Deepest condolences at the passing of your dear father, grandfather and great grandfather Eric Sr. I had the privilege of working with Eric and saw in him the true professional, always striving to be the best he could be. On a personal note, Eric could brighten up a room full of people with his engaging personality and wit. He was also a very kind person, quick to help anyone in need. Thank you for the opportunity to say good-bye to Eric and all the best to the entire Schmidt family, always!

Dad - it's hard to believe your gone, it seemed like you would always be around and I could visit you at anytime.
I am sure you have moved on to better places and where ever you are I wish you the best.
I have to thank you for all you did for me - providing me with a great life, a great education and a true respect for life and people.
Your thoughts and refections taught me to enjoy my life!
For all you did I thank you and will miss you dearly.
