Eric will truly be missed. He had one of the most genuine big hearts a person can have. Truly a tragic loss.

I am shocked and saddened for your loss. Our sons were teammates on OYA baseball. Your sons were incredible athletes and even better kids. You in our thoughts and prayers at this horrific time.

Eric was a very close friend of mine. I think I speak for our entire circle of friends when I say that there was never anyone with a bigger personality or a bigger heart. Big Easy always had my back no matter what, no questions asked. life will not be the same without him. My love and support is with the Boyle family in these trying times. B-EZ, E-BZ.

Irene, my dear childhood friend, I am so sorry. I will keep you and your family in my heart and prayers. Years may have separated us but that doesn't stop my heart from breaking for you.

I went to RMU with Eric and he was always such a nice and respectful kid. He always went out of his way to say hello and ask how I was doing. Gone far too soon. My condolences go to his family.

I send my condolences to Eric's family.Eric was an awesome friend, an inspiration to me and I couldn't be more honored to have met him! Like many other RMU students I will miss his kind words, his tight hugs and his smile that would light up any room.

I did not know your beautiful son, I am a friend and coworker of Shane, knowing his work ethic and personality I can imagine your boy was a wonderful human being taken way too soon. I too have lost a son at a very young age so I understand the pain you are all in right now. Know that some of the hardest days you have ahead, they do get better, eventually you will smile when you remember your little boy take things day by day, minute by minute if you have to, you will get through this difficult time, I have been praying for all of you, and have asked my angel to welcome yours, lean on each other at this time and your faith you will get through

There are no words to express how sad we feel at this time. Eric will be missed by his family and friends - he always had a smile on his face. Shane, Irene, & Sean you are in our prayers.

I am so heartbroken for Eric's family and close friends, 24 years is not enough time to spend with someone who was so kind, dedicated, funny and all around a great person. I was a classmate of Eric at RMU. He told me he had big plans of going on to get his Master's degree after graduation. He was a wonderful person who I only have fond memories of. The people close to him will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Eric, I know him from Robert Morris University. I am the computer technician there. Being apart of a small college campus we get to know every student by name. Eric will be noticeably missed among our student body, faculty and staff members. I will pray for strength for your family during these hard times. God bless you and Eric.

I am Tom Barry's sister and I have met Eric a few times at his house. I am so sorry he is gone at such a young age. You deserve more than 24 years with your precious son. Our hearts are with you and your family.
