Emma F. (nee Fox), beloved wife of the late Eugene McDonald; loving mother of Linda (the late James) Brim, Sharon (Ray) Lamping, and the late Bobby Eugene McDonald; dear grandmother of James M. Brim III, Ashley and Matthew Lamping, Liz Chapman, and Julie Smith; great grandmother of Lily, Robyn, Ella, and Nathan; devoted aunt of Tina Daly. Went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 16, 2011 at the age of 90 years. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood, Sunday, September 18, 2011 from 5-8 PM. Funeral service at South Norwood Church of Christ, 3836 South Madison Avenue, Monday, September 19, 2011 at 11 AM. Memorials may be made to South Norwood Church of Christ. I retuned from France last night and was shocked to learn of Emma's passing. It was to late to attend the visitation but I will be at the service today.
