If flowers grow in heaven Lord, then pick a bunch for me ? place them in my Mother's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her that I love and miss her, and when she turns to smile, ( ????) ? ? place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Miss & love you, mom.

I just wanted to tell you that Kayla last night was asking why people are so mean to animals I had to explain that there are some peoople in the world who are very cruel and long as she is good to animals and other people it will always make her smile. Then I explained to her that some animals and people are now her angel the first thing she said was does Grandma Liz watch over her and is she my angel I told her yes she is. she was like a grandma to her and that nothing can change that. I just want you to know that you are in our hearts everyday every holiday, every time we open our eyes in the mornings. we love you and miss you lots!

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I miss you so much, only you will ever know how much.

Many years ago there was a teen age girl who was fortunate to have a very good life. Yet like all teenagers, she was finding her way, being herself yet allowing the good in others to be a lesson to her and incorporating it into her own personality. She had a best friend, and those two friends were cared and loved by both sets of parents, they were considered the daughters of both sets of parents. Between these two sets of parents a better life one could not ask for. Those four parents each had something special to share with us, we learned something from each one of them. Compassion from one Father, Understanding from one Mother, Strength from one Father, the ability to look at life no matter what and find the humor to survive from another Mother. They all shared one common gift to us, they allowed us to be to grow to enjoy those years, and they gave to us more memories than most people get in a lifetime let alone in a few short years of being a teenager. The two teen age girls are now grown, and we have lost all the parents but one.
To say that we miss them is an understatement, do wish we could see them one more time, see the twinkle in their eyes as they look at us, you bet we do, to say I love you one more time and give a hug, to say Thank You one more time.
So many would say with each loss your heart dies a little, the breath gets knocked out of you. Well the many did not have these parents, we know we do not die a little, we live just like they taught us to do, we share what they have given us with the next generations, we smile and every once in awhile as we pass a mirror or look at each other we see the same twinkle in our eyes that they once had for us. And those teen age girls who did not want to be like their parents oh no not us we would be cool, see tears of happiness that we have their twinkle
Who knew years later we would discover our parents were pretty cool.
Elizabeth Stevens happened to be one of those parents, the first Mom we have lost, I had not seen her in years and yet when I walked into her hospital room she looked at Judy looked at me, the twinkle came into her eyes, and she could see those teenage girls under the faces that are a lot older now. It was a moment, it was a gift from her to us, and within that moment time stopped and went back years, years of memories just rushing in and the warmth just hugging the soul.
She was an elegant lady, an independent lady, and she could laugh at life and survive everything it dealt to her, she was respected, admired, she was loved. She was one of four that made my young years so very special, that I still have to ask why I was so lucky.
Thank you Mom for the hours the days the years that you gave me, for the many things you taught me, including I might add style and how a lady should keep her appearance.
The last we seen you at the Wake you were just beautiful, many said oh they had taken such good care of you, did a great job, but not really, that glow and beauty was just your soul showing, nobody had to do that for you. It was simply you shinning again, and having a good laugh. God Bless say Hey to both the Dads for me, and by the way I painted my toes .

She will be there when we take a breath, she will be there when we cry, she will be there when we laugh, she will be there when we smile, she will be there when we need her just like when she was here. We Kayla and I felt that Grandma Liz was a great impact in our lives, She will be missed and Loved forever. She was like a mom and a grandma to my daughter Kayla, So we will let her go and keep her in our hearts and our momories, as she was so dear to us. It was wonderful to have her in our lives and to share our thoughts and good times and just to be able to laugh with each other. To John and Judy and David We want to say thank you for sharing Grandma Liz with us. and I was honored to have her in our lives. Grandma Liz if you can see this I hope you win the bingo game. WE love you Grandma Liz the Forzsteks

Grandma Liz,You will always be a part of our lives, I am so happy to of had her in my life, She was the best Babysitter more like the correct word would be Grandma to my daugther Kayla, and a like a mom to me, she listen to me cry and laugh, she will be my tears and my laugh for the rest of my life, she was the best person who made such an impact in Kayla's life and mine. I don't know what will do without Grandma Liz, but, when we close our eyes she will be there, When we breathe she will be there, when we laugh she will be there, when our heart pumps she will be there, SHE WAS WONDERFUL, LOVING, CARING, hopefully one day grandma Liz we play bingo, or if you hadn't already won the big one. We love you with all our hearts and soles. To John, Judy, and David we are truely sorry for the loss, Thank you for sharing her with us. I love you all the Forzsteks
