Jacobs, Elisabeth M. beloved wife of the late Ben, dear mother of Robert (Kathleen) and Mary Therese, loving grandmother of Robert Jr. (Lora), Jeanmarie (I.D.), Kristin, David (Kathleen), and John Peter, great-grandmother of Rachel, R.J., Emily, Gwendolyn, and Lily Ann. Visitation at Little Sisters of the Poor, 2325 N. Lakewood Ave., Chicago, IL 60614, Saturday, 8:30 a.m. until time of Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Little Sisters of the Poor would be appreciated. Arrangements by Herdegen-Brieske Funeral Home. 773-525-0178
