Grady, Elaine L. loving wife of Walter, beloved daughter of Dorothy Newman and Joseph Fisher, dear sister of Delores (Joseph) Seeler and Joseph (the late Lynn) Fisher, dear sister-in-law of Joan (the late David) Radcliffe, fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral services Thursday, 11 a.m., at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Entombment Acacia Park Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday, 4 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Heartland Hospice, 220 N. Smith Rd., Suite 420, Palatine, IL, 60067, would be appreciated. 773-736-3833

So sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. She is at peace now and is sufferring no more. Elaine was a very long-time friend of my mom (Marilyn), as you were of my dad, (Wayne). You are in our prayers.

Dear Wally:

Elaine was a very kind special friend and in the 45 years that I've known you both, I have never heard her say an unkind thing about another person. We've always had good times together and she will be greatly missed. Her suffering has ended and now she is at peace,and will be remembered by all as a great lady.
