Elaine Desbles Obituary

Desbles, Elaine M. Age 84, of McHenry, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 27, 2018. She was born July 30, 1933 to the late August and Edna (nee Kruger) Flebbe. On August 18, 1962, she married the love of her life, Donald F. Desbles. Elaine was a longtime employee at Chicago Name Plate. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving children, Susan (Bill) Lock, Donald (Renee) Desbles, and Joan (Tony) Barucca; dear grandchildren, Christine (Brian) Bachman, Jenny (Ryan) Kleinschmidt, Lauren (Brandt) Schirmbeck, Rosie (Mike) Alameda, and Katie Barucca; and cherished great-grandchildren, Lorna, Tessa, Shona, and Jayda Garcia, Leo Bachman, Connor and Abby Kleinschmidt, Alexandria Schirmbeck, and Anthony Steinsdoerfer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don, and brothers, Herb, Don, and Lefty Flebbe. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m., at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018, at 12:30 p.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Arlington Heights.
