Boe, Elaine Beverly age 87 (Dec. 2, 1919 - Nov. 17, 2007). "GREAT, LOVING & SUPPORTIVE MOTHER", of Chicago, formerly of Rogers Park, IL. Life director, USO of Illinois, member of President's Council, Museum of Science & Industry, Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago and former member of Woman's Athletic Club of Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Archie R. Boe (former Chairman and CEO of Allstate Insurance Co.). Adored daughter of the late Elmer and Jenny Jansson (nee Lind), loving mother of Constance Day (Robert) Garrison, Randee Day and James (Patti) Day, cherished grandmother of Kevin, Seana, Efty, Elizabeth, Conor and Devin, great-grandmother of Calvin, dear sister of Bea Foster, step-mother of Michael Boe. Elaine leaves a myriad of dear family members and friends to cherish her memories. Memorial service Saturday, December 8th, 11 a.m., at St. Chrysostom's Episcopal Church, 1424 N. Dearborn Parkway, Chicago. Interment private. Memorials to USO of Chicago, 700 E. Grand, Chicago, IL 60611 appreciated. Funeral Inquiries: Drake & Son Funeral Home, 773-561-6874.
