Eileen Matthesius Obituary

Matthesius, Eileen (nee Kasch). Beloved wife of the late Frank. Loving mother of Linda (Tom), Anna (Larry) Pennington and Kurt Matthesius; Proud grandmother of Alan (Caroline) and Susan Scaccia, Michael (Karen) and Lisa Pennington; Great-grandmohter of three. Visitation Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Luther Memorial Church 2500 W. Wilson. Service at 11 a.m. Interment Wunders Cemetery. Employed for many years at North Park College, Long time volunteer at the Lincoln Park Zoo. In lieu of flowers donations to Luther Memorial Church or the Lincoln Park Zoo would be appreciated. Arrangements by Cooney Funeral Home. Info. 773-588-5850

Dear. Mom I still miss you. My heart still
Hurts of the vacancy of the love we shared
I think of you every day that goes by. The emptiness is very real. I hold on to Memories
but still hard. I know that life is that way.
but I dont have to like it. God is watching over
me And you too. It was the hardest thing to do
to see you leave. You are my rock. Its been loney With out you. I'm doing the best I can
Tears still come But God took you home because you would never get better. You are at peace now. Some day hope to meet you again
In Heaven With eveyone else. I love you so much. I keep you in my heart forever.
Keep watching over me and guiding me.

Its Been almost 7 Years since you left. My Heart still hurts.
I think about you every Day. I've tried to be strong . But
feel sad you are physically not here. I know you watch over
me. My garding Angel. some days are good some are not.
I still Love you all the time. Jesus need you and called you

I so miss her, she always gave me advice(which was unbiased and good)she was one of the people in this world who was truly loyal; she covered me when I needed covering, she never judged me and she was always there when I needed her; I miss her so and will always miss her.

My Dearest Mom is now with the Angels and Jesus. Jesus took her home Last Sunday about 258 am . I love you so much and trying to TCB (Taking Care Of Business). You are Missed so much in my heart!!
