To my sweet mother-in-law Amada and all the family and friends that will deeply miss Grandpa (Efrain). I miss you, you were such a special person and had a wonderful sense of humor that I will always miss. I and my children were very fortunate to have met you and have had the privilege to have you in our lives. God bless you and we will see each other again.

To Amanda and all my cousins I feel there loss. Efrain was my Uncle and one of my favorites. His quick wit and honest words were always straight forward. He always was there when I asked a favor and I will always remember his smile. May his family always remember his spirit this will always be with us. Faith will carry you thru this hard time.

I worked with Mr. Ramos' son, Juan, at the ARDC. I offer my condolences upon Mr. Ramos' passing to Juan, the rest of Mr. Ramos' family, and Mr. Ramos' friends. I offer my prayers for Mr. Ramos. May he rest in peace.
