Bidwill, Edwin J. age 69, was called to God April 28, 2006, beloved husband of Carol (Sandy) (nee Persig), loving father of Sherry (Jay) Stranski-Herzog and Edward (Sahia), cherished grandfather of Joe Jr., Mike, George, Megan, Adam, Molly, Misha, Ben, Rick, Ray, Chey, Angel and Mikela, dear brother of the late Lester (Phylis) and Marie (Bob) Nanini, fond brother-in-law of Bill (Noreen) Persig, fond uncle and cousin of many. Edwin was a Veteran of the Navy. He was in the carpet industry most of his life. Edwin enjoyed people and life. Memorial Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 5 p.m. at Geils Funeral Home, 180 S. York Rd., Bensenville, IL. Interment private. Info call: 630-766-3232

I am so sorry for the loss of Ed.

I am feeling the sting of his passing and Buddy's--two guys from my youth.

I can still remember trying to cut your lawn,and needing his help.
