I have been thinking about you and your family a lot these days, as I stay with my mom, your sister Martha, here in Norwich. She has the "Sto Lat" book out on the table and it's inspiring to read about you and the rest of my uncles and aunts as you all grew up together on the Wisniewski farm in Preston. What wonderful memories and a legacy of love and kindness you have left behind for the rest of us, as we carry on and remember your good example, good humor, and faithfulness.

dear wisniewski family ,
i first met ed after preston trading post told me they would have ed clean and fix the clock's they sold . soon after i became friends with ed , and he would fix different clock's i had . ed did great work at a very reasonable price unlike some of his competators . i enjoyed sharing my love of clock's with him and he enjoyed it too . ed always welcomed me into his home and would show me what he was working on at the time . seeing i had a love of grandfather clock's , he brought me upstairs to show me the beautiful on he had in the living room , where i would see his wife sitting next to it in her chair .
please except my deepest condolences as i will miss ed very much , and i have lost a dear good friend , god bless all of you .

My Dear Cousins,
I will always have fond memories of Uncle Eddie and all of you that have provided me with happy memories of the farm and especially Amos Lake, just a simple wooded lot that you generously shared with family. My boyhood days of rowing, swimming, fishing and waterskiing bring me many happy thoughts. We are so grateful. Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time of loss.
Blessings, Bill and Norma Jean
