I have been remembering the great times Dad and I had together. Such as going in the ocean on a raft as a boy. Watching Benny Hill with him. Listening to fascinating war stories before going to bed. Having him make me chocolate milk before bed. Having a running race together. Going to Grandma's farm. Going to Sox's games as a youth and as an adult then driving past his childhood home.

Dad you will be missed, but your kindness and intelligence is past on through your children and grandchildren. I know you are in a better place. Say hi to everyone up there!

I will always remember going into Ed's basement and seeing all the balloon topped bottles with his homemade wine! He always welcomed my family and I with a smile and kindness. God has called him home to assist his Son at future Canna Weddings.

We were very sorry to hear of Ed's passing, and our condolences go to Jean and the kids. They lived next door to my folks years ago when the kids were still very young. He was a kind and wonderful family man, and our prayers and thoughts are with his family.

My Mother and Ed were like Brother and Sister. I was saddened to learn of my "Uncle Eddy's" passing. When I think of "Uncle Eddy", I think of a true gentlemen, loving husband, and caring Father. I will miss hearing his stories of my Mother's and his childhood. He was one person who could always bring a smile to my Mother's face.

My thoughts and prayers are with Jean and his entire family.
