Dear Father Joe & Family,
We were very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He and your Mom were wonderful people and set a great example for us to follow. It seems like there are not many of us left from Laramie Ave., but we can still enjoy remembering those enjoyable times we shared in the apartment building with the Gallo's etc. And Joe, I felt like such a grown up when your Mom allowed me to push you around the block in your stroller. I remember your Dad purchasing a big Cadillac hearse in order to transport the family. Our sincere condolences and we all know your parents are in a much better place.

Dear Mulcrone Family,

Your dad certainly was the Patriarch of your loving and service oriented family! Growing up on the West Side of Chicago and learning to Irish dance in the basement of Resurrection with your family is always a pleasant memory. May the faith and strength of your dad help you to get through this great loss!
He and your mom are together again watching over their clan. As a family, you've already made them proud. Keep up the good work that you do and continue their legacy!
Sorry we were unable to attend the Mass of the Resurrection.
For the Thomas McGrath Family and the Grace and Pat Roche Family,

My condolences to Fr. Tom and the entire Mulcrone family. Fr. Tom was a welcome sight at Sunday Mass at St. Tarcissus many years ago. Then he left us for the CFD. It was our loss. And his dad,Ed was my patient at Resurrection Hospital. On one of his short outpatient visits we made fast friends and had a discussion about faith and our respective children. Several weeks later, he came again for another procedure and left an envelope for me with a handful of green scalpulas and instructions for their use. I still have one of them. He was such a kind, loving, and thoughtful man. I'll pray for him and I hope he's praying for me.
