So sorry to hear of Edwards passing. Its 2011 and I just found out. My heart still hurts of the news. Edward was my first Love and I will always remember him, even if I'm old. We had some great times growing up together. Larissa, you are beautiful and look just like your dad, wish I could meet you. My deepest sympathy to the whole Landis Family.

Larissa,
I remebered it was recently your dad's birthday. I bet the angels threw him the biggest party he has ever had. Your dad had some great birthdays here on earth too. I remember he and your mom having a good time and laughing. He was a warm hearted person and would do anything for anyone. He also talked about you so much and how beautiful and smart you are. The best legacy he has left us is you. God bless you and don't ever forget how proud he is of you!

I thought of you with love today,
but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday,
and days before that too.
I think of you in silence,
I often speak your name.
All I have are memories,
and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is my keepsake,
with which I'll never part.
God has you in His keeping,
I have you in my heart.

Dear Richard, Bonnie, and all the Landis family,
What a shock it was to hear of Edward's passing. We can't tell you how saddened we are.
The times we have shared with your wonderful family will always be remembered. And in those memories are many fond ones of Edward. (Bob is especially remembering the Auburn auction.) And I remember so well how proud he was of Larissa.
Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. We are so sorry we weren't able to be with you.

Dear Mr.And Mrs. Landis,and Family
I would first like to extend my condolences to your family on Ed's passing. The news of his death came to me while I was out of town on vacation, I was deeply saddened that I was not able to attend his services, but as I thought about what had happened, all of the things that Edward and I had done together actually made me smile. We had many good times together, working on the GTO,hunting, fishng
snowmobiling, our trip to the Indy 500 was also very memorable. Ed was a good man with a heart of gold! I considered Ed my best friend, He will be missed by all! I hope you can find some comfort in the fact that while he was here he lived life to the fullest, and he will be fondly remembered by many. Sincerely, Don Ott

To the Landis Family,
My deepest condolences to you all. I’d known Edward from the lake, meeting him through my Uncle Rick years ago. We had become friends and for quite some time, I’d look him up whenever I came back to visit family. After we lost touch, I’d check on him through my mom, who would let me know if she’d seen him or how he was doing. Through the years he was always on my mind. There was just something about him. He was a very special person and my heart goes out you all. With deep sympathy, Christy Bohling
