(nee Burns), loving father of Edward Jr. (JoAnne) Drinane, Donnette (Chris) Massey, and Thomas Drinane, fond grandfather of Jeanine, Anthony, and Chris, dear brother of Joan (the late Joseph) Vastine, Barbara Bauman, Richard (Debbie), Robert (Mo), and the late Patricia Donegan and Debra Drinane, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Proud member of Teamster Union Local #710. Edward served in the United States Marine Corps from 1956 to 1962. Funeral Tuesday, September 1st, 9:15 a.m. from the McKenzie Funeral Home, 15618 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Forest, to St. Damian Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation Monday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Gabriels Building Fund preferred. 708-687-2990
