Words cannot even begin to express my sorrow. My heart goes out to the Donahue family during this difficult time. I will always remember the mini vacations in Michigan, with my family, him and his grandson David. We always had the best of times, he's the only who was ever patient enough with me to teach me how to put a worm on a fishing pole, good times. Great man he is, and will always be. He will be missed by many! Vicki V.

When I was just a boy of maybe 10 yrs. old Eddie Donahue always talked to me like a brother. He had my father's back one time at Laschetts, he help many of us guys and gals around Bens and Coonley and he didn't sometimes even know it.
Everybody in the old neighborhood has a special memory of Eddie. Nicest guy from the hood!

I've known Ed since I was just a "little" girl and he was one of the "big" kids in the neighborhood. He always looked out for me. I've never forgotten how much his "protection" meant to me and what a very special person he was. Rest in Peace my friend.
