Danaher, Edward C. retired Chicago Police Dept., beloved husband of Margaret Danaher (nee Tams), loving father of Brian (Cheryl), James, Barry, C.F.D. an Erin (Laurence) Coyle, cherished grandfather of Andrew Coyle, dear son of the late Clement and Mildred Danaher. Visitation Tuesday, 5 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday, 10 a.m., from the Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Thomas More Church. TO THE FAMILY OF ED DANAHER, SORRY TO HEAR OF THE LOSS OF ED. I ONLY MET ED AND KNEW HIM FOR A SHORT TIME.MET HIM WHEN HE RESIDED IN LAS VEGAS,NV. WAS A GOOD MAN. WAS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE CHICAGO POLICE ASSOCIATION OF NEVADA WHILE I WAS PRESIDENT. HE WILL BE REMEMBERED BY MANY OFFICERS IN NEVADA AND CHICAGO.
