Edward Barrett Obituary

Barrett, Edward X. age 69, beloved husband of Eleanor (nee Lysaught), loving father of Edward J. Barrett, dear brother of Mary (the late Horace) Dowland, Rose (the late Thomas) Ivers, William (Mary Kay) Pigott, Joseph (Karen) Hogan, and the late Lucille (the late Joseph) Dwyer, Michael (Luella), John (Shirley) and James (Dolores) Barrett, dearest brother-in-law of Patricia (James) Adcock and James (Joanne) Lysaught, a devoted son-in-law of Ruth Lysaught, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. A veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Canaryville Veterans Association and the Canaryville SAC. In leu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Gabriel's Church Building Fund, 4522 S. Wallace St., Chicago, IL, 60609. Funeral Friday, 9:15 a.m. from Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 4635 S. Wallace St., to St.Gabriel Church for Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. Visitation Thursday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment services private. 773-268-0703.
