EDUARDO SANCHEZ Obituary
At the age of 14, he came to the United States where he was an avid shrimper until he retired at the age of 60.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margarita Sanchez; three brothers: Concepcion, Leandro, and Julio Sanchez; his mother, Concepcion Sanchez; and father, Agustin Sanchez.
He is survived by five children: Edward (Alberta) Sanchez, Jr., Agustin (Judith) Sanchez, Suzanna (Michael) Holland, Leticia (Anthony) De Genovese, and Gustavo (Cynthia) Sanchez; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Rosa Maria Sanchez; four brothers: Andres Sanchez, Agustin Sanchez, Ijinio (Juana) Sanchez, and Jose A. Sanchez; and sisters-in-law, Etelvina and Irma Sanchez.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral mass at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St. in Port Isabel, Texas. Interment will follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers: Daniel Holland, Andrew Holland, Joseph Sanchez, Ricardo Sanchez, Fabian Sanchez, and Martin Baldovinos.
