To Mary and Eds Family:
Im very sorry I didnt have a chance to say goodbye to Ed. I worked with Ed many years and he and Mary often graced Dance Chicago with their presence. I always enjoyed seeing Ed who continually had something positive to say that would bring a smile to my face. No one was more dedicated to the Parish. We have lost a great soul and dedicated friend. Ed - we love you - now you rest in eternal Peace. Let those of us who still walk the earth be inspired by you. Ill keep an eye on the Cubs for you!

Uncle Ed (Gobey) was a wonderful Husband to his beloved Aunt Mary Dorothy who in their 60 plus years of marriage were always side by side. He raised a beautiful family ~ all our great cuz and more! He never was afraid to say what was on his mind and we love him for that. Thank you for all the good times, the hot wheels and match box cars and the great support for our Champion Blackhawks! His family is his great legacy! Alleluia, Alleluia and Alleluia!
