Doug,

The sadness and impact of your leaving us so quickly is still felt as strongly today as it did nearly a year ago.

I wake up every morning wishing I could turn back time.

buddy you are surely going to be missed!!! our prayers are with

one angel watching over us.

Nature's first green is gold
It's hardest hue to hold
Her early leaf's a flower
But only so an hour
Then leaf subsides to leaf
So Eden sank to grief
So dawn goes to day
Nothing gold can stay.

And Doug was certainly golden. Take comfort in knowing that he'll be looking down from above--grinning that grin, and will forever watch over and care for you just as he did while he was with us all.

My deepest, deepest sympathy for your loss. Doug touched many lives. I consider it my privilege to have met someone so kind and true. May you find comfort to ease your sadness.
