Dorothy Morrison Obituary
Morrison, Dorothy Elizabeth age 78, Chicago Housing Authority Manager for over 25 years. Parent Coordinator for the University of Illinois, Principal Scholars Program. Special Events Coordinator for Central City Productions. She created Special Events Company, "Events by Morrison". Beloved wife of the late Harold L. Morrison, loving mother of Harold and Ronald Morrison, adored grandmother of Ronald, Antoine, Kwame, Maya and Ayesha, beloved great-grandmother of Justin, beloved sister of Ralph Elliott and his wife Dolores, cherished mother-in-law of Vivian Morrison, treasured cousin and friend to many. Service Friday, October 27th, with visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Mass 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 5472 So. Kimbark, Chicago IL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the America Cancer Society/Ovarian Cancer Research. In Memory of Dorothy E. Morrison, 820 Davis St., Suite #400, Evanston, IL 60201.

We are so sorry for your loss. Even though we never met Dorothy in person we feel as if we knew her in some way. She was a client of ours (we're a messenger service)and we often delivered packages to her grandson Kwame while he was at UIC. Please accept our deepest condolences.
