In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Dearest Raymond, Ray Jr., Debbie, Dorothy, Dolly and family,

I am so sorry for your loss, I would like to express my dearest deepest condolences to you all.

Knowing Dorothy and your entire family since I was a little girl makes this even harder.

I know we all grew up together and as adults we went our seperate ways and hardly spoke to one another anymore, but I will never ever forget her presence in my life growing up.

She was my friend. I will never forget her.

Again Im sorry for the pain you are all feeling.
Love
