I was so sorry to learn of Don's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him and getting to know him several years ago. I worked at Great Lakes Bank and he was a customer. I left the bank in early December knowing that he was sick, but believing that he would recover. It was always a pleasure to see him. Try to take comfort knowing that Don made a positive contribution to the world.

Judy, Becky, Jeff, and family- Words cannot express how heartbroken we are. We wish we could be with you today. Duck was such a good man and such a good friend. Through all the years we have known each other and through all the adventures we shared, we cannot think of one moment that was not filled with laughter and good times. Thank you, Duck, for being you and adding so much to our lives.

To Uncle Duck,
You were the best godfather a girl could ask for. I will always cherish fourth of July parties, thanksgiving dinners, Easters, birthday parties and more. You made the best sherbet punch in the world and no one will ever be able to take the cake on that forever! Thank you for being such a fun, generous and caring uncle. I will miss you dearly, but I know I will see you again one day. Rest in peace, and my deepest condolences to the family. Love you all..

Judy and family: May we offer our deepest sympathy and pray that the memories of all the fun times together, will keep Duck's memory alive forever. I knew him from my earliest years at Illinois Bell and worked together off and on for many years after. Duck was truly a good friend and a great guy and will live in our hearts and thoughts for years. Prayers that the love of friends and family will carry you through your grief.
God Bless...

Judy:
I was a classmate of Don's at De La Salle. I am happy that he had a chance to attend our 50th a few years ago. It made my work worthwhile. I am sorry for your loss and offer my deepest condolences.
