Slattery, Donald J. preceded in death by his son Kevin, beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Doyle), loving father of Daniel (Kathryn), Brian (Dori), Michael (Patricia) Slattery and Kathleen (James) Smith, cherished grandfather of 20, dear brother of Ken (Joan) and Lee (Mary) Slattery. Visitation Tuesday, from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, 9:45 a.m. from the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, to St. Michael Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Dear Kay, Danny, Brian, Mike & Kathy,
I'm terribly sorry to hear about Don. He was a wonderful man who cared about his family very much. He would do anything for his children and the people around him. I cared about him very much and miss the family. God Bless to all of you and will never forget the times I had.
