Donald Noel Myron, US Army Veteran, age 81. Beloved husband of C. Diane (nee Graf) for 49 years; loving father of Deanna Loretta, Doreen (Kevin) Dougherty, Duggan (Elizabeth) and the late David (Destiny); dear grandfather of Shannon, Brenden, Meagan, Jarred, Jon, Jessica, the late Caitlyn, Donna Hope, Liam, Owen, Novalee, Duggan II, Finnegan, Joanna, and the late Norah; great grandpa to John, Amelia, Maeve and Micah; fond brother of Debbie (Bruce) Laslie; uncle of many nieces and nephews; friend to many. Proud member of Plumbers Local #130, Retired plumbing inspector City of Chicago. Funeral Saturday 10:15 a.m. from Kerry Funeral Home, 7020 W. 127th St. to St. Christina Church for 11:30 a.m. mass. Visitation Friday, 3-8 p.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. 708-361-4235.

Dear Diane children Debbie and family,
I was deeply saddened to learn of Don's passing. He was a wonderful man who who brightened the lives of all of us who knew him. My fondest memories are of the warmth and kindness he and Diane extended to me and my boys over the years. He was much more than a friend, he was family.
Don left an incredible legacy through his caring nature, generous spirit and the love he had for all of you. Although no words can take away the pain of losing such a special person, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
Don's memory will forever be a blessing.

Very sorry of a good friend I met Don Myron when I was an apprentice Plumber at the age of 19 we also worked together as a Plumbing Inspector for the City of Chicago Water department and also retired together in 2011 I moved to Florida and later he moved here also he was a good down to earth friend I will miss talking to him once a month my prayers is with you Diane and your family Ernie Barclay
