Matuch, Donald Francis age 38, of Chicago, formerly of Cicero, beloved son of Shirley (nee Lump) and the late Dennis, loving brother of the late David, Daniel (Suzanne), Douglas and Dennis (Shannon), fond uncle of Autumn and Hunter, nephew and cousin to many, dear grandson of the late Anna (nee Chapko) (late Frank) Matuch and the late Susan (nee Jurka) (late Joseph) Lump. Resting at Kopicki's Heritage Funeral Home, 3117 South Oak Park Ave., Berwyn. Visitation Saturday, 1 to 6 p.m. Funeral service Saturday, 6 p.m. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 430 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60611. 708-788-7775.
