Don Kelly

March 9, 2013

Dear Marilyn and Family --

I had the blessing and honor of knowing Don throughout our lives, but most particularly during his Air Force time at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls! In one of those extraordinary coincidences of life, I happened to be his commanding officer.

Let it be known that among his many contributions to making a better and loving world -- he served his country with devotion and distinction.

I will eternally treasure his good humor, grace, and spirit of kindness!

God bless you all -- "Fox" Kelly, Houston, Texas

Dear Marilyn and Family,
I was deeply saddened when you called and shared the news of Don's passing. Don was a wonderful mentor and teacher to me in my early years in the construction business. I learned a lot from him. Aside from work, I learned more important things from him about life, like how to be a good family man, father and friend by the example he set. The proof of these traits is apparent in all of you, the lovely family and legacy he leaves behind. I am a better person for having known Don and being able to call him and all of you my friends.
My Sincerest Condolences,
Joe Sannasardo & Family
