I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Don was a great man, and I am honored that I was able to know him while I was at SHC. I know he is in a better place and he is looking down watching over you. God bless you in this time of trial.

Carol,
We were shocked and saddened to hear of Don's passing yesterday. His presence at the school brought joy to everyone who met him. We consider it a privilege and a honor that we had the chance to get to know him while I was working with you and Wendi was a student there. You have our deepest sympathies during this dark time and you are in our prayers daily.

Carol:
I was saddened to hear of Don's passing. You and Don are such an example to me of a couple who truly love and enjoy each other. I loved to watch your face light up when Don called on the phone and to catch you two smooching in the hall at SHC.
I thank you for the example of what a marriage can and should be. I know how hard it is to lose a spouse and pray that Heavenly Father's and Don's love will sustain you.
Love,
Mechel Hasleton

We knew Don when he and Carol lived in Springville--as a result of our common dealings with the Forest Service. He was a man of many talents and our thoughts and prayers go out to Carol and family during this time.
