On February 21, 2021, Donald R. Alexander, loving husband and father, passed away at the age of 67. Donald was born on July 17, 1953 . He was a retired maintenance mechanic from Caraustar Packaging. On March 7, 1998, he married Christel Kislowski. They raised one daughter, Emmarie. Donald loved dogs. He also enjoyed fixing and modifying things. He was a generous person who helped many family and friends in time of need. Donald was preceded in death by his father, the Reverend Herbert Alexander, and his dear mother, Minnie. Donald was also preceded in death by eight siblings. He is survived by his wife, Christel, and his precious daughter, Emmarie, his brothers Larry, Leslie and Jeff, and his sisters Barbara, Faye, and Maricella, his sisters-in-law Cheryl, Diane, Glenda, and Regina, and many nieces and nephews. A private service will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at Belvidere Cemetery. Reverend Leslie Alexander, Donald's brother, will be officiating the service. So sorry about his passing. Donnie and I have had lot great memories of our early years. He will be missed by many and loved by all.
