Ms. Moody, was a very good friend to my grandmother (Ethel Greene) and aunts. She was very instrumental in helping me when I really needed help to move into South Commons. I would like her family to know, their mother was a remarkable woman with a strong character, good principles and pride. She always stood up for whats right and supported anyone who needed help. She was truly loved and will be missed. I'm sure she left those good traits behind for someone to follow.

Dear Allen my brother
My heart goes out to you my big brother. You know you can alway call me when you need. Lois has always been a part of my family even before I know her because she grow-up with my aunts Mary, Bertha, and she know my grandfather from off 31 street. Lois will tell me off when I was wrong and she didn't ever bite her tongue about anything she had to say to you or anybody. I'm going to miss Lois and the last thing she told me was to get you out of the house because she was trying to get into the pearly gates. We'll allen she made it to those gates and I'm going to miss her very much.
Love always,
Orthell

I remember lois at the table with us teaching us the song I know the devil doesn't like but its down in our hearts.

I remember lois at your first birthday party she gave you at toddie house,
I remember lois when my mother died, saying she would always be their to help.
I remember lois giveing me my babyshower and being godmother to my daughter latoya and buying the smallest dress I've ever seen.
I remember lois being their when mama, barbara, and cotton died.
I remember lois being their when, I got hurt and ran all the way to the hospital to be there with me and when I came home Lois house is where I wanted to stay at and get well.
I remember when there was trouble in my house, lois house is where I went with my new family.

I remember the last time I saw lois she had that pretty small and I got a chance to tell her I love her which I told her everytime I call her.
But, most of all I remember this Great Lady who help take the place of my mother, and grandmother and I love Lois so much I don't know what I'm going to do without her.
