I can't believe it's been 5 years, I think of Diane often. We moved out of Elk Grove a few years ago and haven't found any neighbors like the Sarnas here, people keep to themselves for the most part. I hope the Sarna clan is well and still growing. I'm sure Diane is guarding over her family and friends in this time of crisis. Hi Tom, miss you!

It's been an honor living next door to Tom and Diane for the past 23 years. Diane was like my kids backup mom as they grew up reminding them to bundle up in the winter, not to swing too high, not to run near the street, etc. She always had stories of her kids growing up and then of her grandkids growing up. She loved talking to my dogs over the fence, I'd hear a conversation going on and go out to see who was talking and it was Diane. When my kids were young she would bring over extra milk cartons from school for them. I will miss her spirit and spunk and long talks! She was very proud of her family and their accomplishments.I know she is in heaven now and out of pain. RIP Diane
