Diane McIntosh Obituary

McIntosh, Diane of Kenilworth, died at home Thursday, November 8, 2001, she was an extraordinary daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband of Bill, five children and their spouses, Kathleen and Glen Clarke of Winnetka, Julia and Jack Smith of Duxbury Massachusetts, Michael McIntosh of West St. Paul, MN, David and Zoenda McIntosh of Los Angeles and Anne and Kris Atzeff of Milwaukee. She has ten grandchildren, Elizabeth, Harry, Will, James and Grace Clarke; Sullivan, Mimi, Katie and Lily Smith and Eloise Atzeff. She is also survived by her sister, Maureen Hunt and many other relatives and friends. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 7 p.m., at Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd., at Old Orchard Rd., Skokie. Funeral Mass Monday, 10 a.m., at Sacred Heart Church, 1077 Tower Rd., Winnetka.
