Hickman, Dennis C. age 62, June 25, 2007. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Bruns), devoted father of Beth, loving son of Mary L. and the late Marshall L. Hickman, dear brother of twin Danny (Andrea) and Donna (Arnold) Richter, loved uncle of Sarah, Allison and Jessica Hickman and Wendy (Bill) Chapman, Jeff (Kathy) and Arnie (Laura) Richter. Funeral Friday, 10 a.m., at Alleluia Lutheran Church, 4055 S. Book Rd., Naperville. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m., at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 24021 W. Royal Worlington Dr. (Rt.59), Naperville. Retired employee of Commonwealth Edison. I am very sorry for the loss of Dennis. I worked with him in the shops in Maywood, and we had so many laughs. I will truly remember all the good times we had.

Dear Nancy and Beth,
We are so sorry for the loss of Dennis. Although our visits weren't often enough, during each of them Dennis always made us happy that we came. He was entertaining, happy and thoughtful. Dennis made you feel glad that he was your cousin. My sisters and I will miss him very much.

Over the years, Dennis was an important part of our family. The memories of the fun times together (here and in Tennssee) will always be with us. Words alone cannot express our grief. Dennis will always be with us in our hearts and thoughts. We will miss him.

I am very sorry for your loss. Dennis was one of my favorite cousins. He was one of the easiest and nicest going fellows I have ever known. I will truly miss him and that laugh of his. There are no words to express how we feel right now, but we know we have lost a true friend. We have 40 plus years of great memories that we will never let go of.
