Although we hadn't seen each other in years, Mitch and my memories of our teen years always included Dennis in one way or another. It's uncanny that Dennis and Mitch would have passed on within a couple months of each other.
To the Dermer family from Marilyn on to Dennis' kids...

I just read about your terrible loss. I had many conversations with you and Dennis, Ken and his family, and Harold and mom around the Twin Orchard Country Club Pool. I managed the pool for many years and probably taught your kids to swim as well. Dennis was a very devoted father and wonderful man. Additionally, I am grieved to read that Harold passed away as well. My condolences to the entire family.

I did not know Dennis, but his mom, Marilyn, is a good friend of my parents, Rose and Sam Gerber. Through that friendship she has become a special friend of mine and I am so sorry for her loss and I extend my condolences to the entire family.
