Denis Tillman Obituary
August 6, 1952 - December 14, 2015
Brother, loving friend and inspiration to many passed away unexpectedly of natural causes in his home. He is survived by two brothers, Michael L. and Christopher P. Tillman; Nieces and nephews, Erika, Connor, Denis, Cicely and Daniel Tillman. He is also survived by an array of men and women whose lives were enhanced by his compassion, generosity, and by the life lessons he shared with them. He operated On Location and was an expert in helping plumbers identify lines and find leaks. He played an active role as a coach for Self Expression and Leadership Program of Landmark education. He was a faithful friend and had a special love for all dogs. One of Denis' favorite sayings was "Life is good" and he emulated that every day of his life. A Memorial gathering will take place at his home on December 26, 2015 from 1-4pm. Please sign the guestbook at www.presstelegram.com/obits

Sorry I missed the reunion this past summer. Would have loved to see Denis one last time.
We were classmates at Bancroft JHS and ran for student council along with Lewis Zingery ("Denny, Duey, and Louie"). Was fortunate to see "Louie" at the class picnic before he passed on: always too soon...

So glad to connect with Denis this last summer at the LHS Class of 70 reunion. We had made plans to get together for dinner. I had known Denis through his brother Mike who was best friends with my brother Mike, both LHS Class of 66. His family spent great summers in La Jolla and his parents were wonderful. Brother Chris was an LHS grad, 68, too. My best to the Tillman family - Denis was one of a kind.
