Erica Cobb
December 16, 2002
Where to begin. Deborah Cobb was definitely in a class of her own. Not only was she my mom, but she was my best friend. I could tell her any and everything and she would never treat me less if I didn't know something about life. She was always willing to share parts of her life with me that only a true friend would share. She exemplified what a woman should be and one day I hope to be the type of woman she was. She was the kind of mother that a lot of people wished for and I had the privilege to have. People always said that they wished they had the relationship we had because not only were we mother and daughter, but friends as well. Although I'm only 22 years old and only got to share 22 years with her the impact that she made in my life will cause her to live on. Just as she lives through me a piece of me died with her. I love you mommy.
