It has been a really long time since I have written anything. The days have gone by so fast, how can it already be a year since you have been gone. It has been a really long and crazy year, but, summer is gone, fall is past and winter is almost here. Positive thing is that soon you will have snow,{yay)and your favorite shopping day will be here. I am thinking about you and talking to you like this is as close as I can get. Thanks for listening. Love, Lisa

It has been a while, but I have to tell you that the flowers i planted on Mother's Day are blooming.I cannot believe it,my first ones, they say that God works in mysterious ways. Are you sure you didn't ask him to give me a little help on this?If you did thanks, if not for you they are growing. Hello Again!
It is a beautiful day out lots of sun to enjoy.Usually every day around about this time I would be coming over to see you or already be there so instead I am going to plant some flowers for you. They are so pretty and they are roses, because u were always so proud of your roses. I am not an expert but with your guidance I will give it a try.
Love, Lisa

Deb,
Happy Mother's Day thought of u brought you some flowers. You will only have them for a few days but they look pretty. Today
it has been really cold out and I tried to stay and see u as long as I can but could not hold out, old age I guess(ha,ha). Not a lot going on lately though same old stuff.just wanted to say a whole lot of nothing. I miss u, that's something. You know for so long we sat in silence, and never crossed our minds that 1 day it could no longer be cured with a phone call. I will always talk to you but u can never respond and that really stinks. I will hold the times we did have. Lisa

Happy Valentine's Day Debs,
I know today is a day for remembering not only your spouse but the ones you love. I have not written in a while been a bit busy.
I am back again though to ramble on

Deb,
Every day we have had snow I know you are watching and looking at it every day to see how pretty it is. I think that even the stores must have heard you because they are going to be open on Friday at 6a.m.
you loved those sales. I want to say Merry Xmas or it is supposed to be but it is very sad without you.

Deb,
Today I bought a Christmas cd at the store. All the songs remind me of the ones you listened to and kept playing. It's funny I was never into Christmas music like you and now I cannot stop playing it. Keith says we have played it so much today we will probably wear it out. That's okay the music will still play on and I know you are enjoying the heck out of it. I love you Debs. Love,Lisa

I want to tell you that I miss you every day. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and am so glad that we were able to talk things out.
So, many conversations stand out I cannot pick just one. But, who knew
when I came to your house and gave you that candle that something so small would mean so much. The smile on your face was about as bright as the candle. When I think of you I think of that moment and many others. I miss talking to you, just one more hey it's me call me back . I love you Deb. Love,Lisa

We miss u. Its so hard even though we had our fights, even though we made up, I still miss u! It was the best day of my life when i brought over the sweater, it brought tears to my eyes seeing how much u loved it and also seeing it on u the next day..Friday the 14th of november we spent a hour just talking and joking...u even had ur oxygen mask off... its so hard going to the house and not having u there..I am sad u r gone but i know now u r no longer suffering and as much as we wish u back It would be heartless of us because all u would of done was suffered even though u stood strong and didnt complain..Haylie and Jordan miss and love u..I never said it and regret it but I love u also.. and thank u for all u did for me and the kids ..We will forever love u..

Dear Greg, Cindy, Kim and Kevin...
George and I both are so very sad. He couldn't have asked for a better sister nor I a better sister-in-law. George and Debbie got closer as they got older and and she brought him so much joy. Her happy personality can never be beaten by anyone. She and I spent a lot of time laughing and giggling. She taught Jamie to sing the song "You Light Up My Life" when he was real small. He couldn't pronouce "L's" yet so he sang "you yight up my yife". Right now I'm imagining him and Debbie and singing that song! We will always carry her deep within our hearts. There aren't words to express how much we miss her. Beckie

Deb,
I am going to miss talking to you every day,if even for a minute. Just to hear you say again hey it's me call me back. I still have your messages on my phone but they don't make me cry they make me smile because as hard as it was for you to do it you took the time to call thank you so much for that. I know that you are tough but as hard as you tried to hold on it became too much for you. It really did not take a lot to make you happy but if you heard the words Kailey,Haylie,Jordan and Ashley the smile on your face was priceless. Every single day they will always know how much their Grandma loved them and always wanted the best for them. Greg,Cindy,Kim, Kevin they have all lost the number one person in their lives but be proud of them all they have all shown how much they love you and will miss you more than you know. As for me I know that you are no longer suffering in so much pain. I am glad to call you my sister and I won't say goodbye but see ya later. Love, Lisa

To Greg and Family,
My heart goes out to all of you, this is a terrible time in your life. I was in the same place not too long ago. There is nothing anyone can say to make you feel better, it just doesn't work that way. The pain will always be with you but, so will the memories, cherish them because they are the only things that will help you. I had a lot of fun with Debbie when we were together. Sometimes we talked and sometimes we didn't, but I knew she was always my friend, my good friend. I am so glad I got to talk to her, to make her laugh and cry with me. She even left me a message on my answering machine on Tuesday evening. My only regret is that I didn't know sooner so that I could be there for her if she wanted me. She was a independant, tough woman, it was HER way, but she had a soft heart. She loved her family, she loved life and she wanted the best for her family at all times. She will continue to watch over all of you, just believe, have faith and always keep her in your thoughts and your heart. I'll miss you Debbie, you were a special friend.
