Davin Fukumori Obituary

I remember Fuki from high school, sorry to hear of his passing he was a great friend of my sisters and a friend of the family as well. my condolences to the family.

I was absolutely shocked to hear of his passing. My wife and I talked to him the week before he passed. What I remember most about Dave was he is always a competitor but he enjoy having fun. I remember being in the pro shop and he is always talking and making jokes even when he was or not bowling What I see the most is giving his support for Melanie. Those two are a great couple and they always where there for each other. I was looking forward to bowl with him at the Hoinke Classic coming up. His passing is a big loss for all that knew and bowled with him. We will keep your memories that you gave us. My prayers go out to Melanie and her family for dealing through this big loss. I will miss you.

So sorry to hear about this sad event. I was a friend of Davin's sister Sharon at Roosevelt, and hope there is comfort for the family at another sorrowful loss.

We were friends with Dave's brother Jon in the early 80's through Roosevelt and Jensen Park and his death was tragic for all of us. We're so sorry that his big brother Davin has now joined him. Our prayers go to your family at this terrible time. Lorens & Bev Benyamin

Wow....I have had so many wonderful memories with Dave through the past few years. Every tournament I bowled, Dave was there cheering Melanie on. He was so supportive, kind, and just an all around wonderful person. Such a tragic thing that happened, and I'll keep Mel and Dave in my prayers.

My best memory of Dave is how he smiled after Aunty Doris cleaned our teeth when we both were visiting the Hilo gang. From Seattle to Chicago, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Dave's family. We lost touch after highschool as many of us do. We spent alot of time together back then, at jensen park,the pool prettymuch everywhere. My brother and i were just talking about him last Friday at the cubs game. I am saddened to her about his passing. My condolences to his family.

I've just known him a year ago, and he's a very nice person. Too sad that he's taken away from us already but he's in a better place now with full of never ending happiness. God Bless You Dave. You will surely be missed.

Words are inadequate to express how saddened we are by the loss of our dear friend Fuki. He was a long time friend of our family and many of us had the pleasure to see him on a daily basis at Joyce Bros. he will be missed and thought of often. So shocked at this sad news - Dave stood up at our wedding and was always such a close friend and inspiration to my kids. He will be missed my many and my heart goes out to the family and friends he left behind.

Dave was a wonderful cousin who could always put a smile on your face. We will miss him and will remember all the good times we spent together in Hilo, Hawaii. We are sorry that we are unable to be there in Chicago to remember a special person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in Chicago.

I am so sorry for your loss & you are all in my thoughts & Prayers at this most difficult time. I remember many many years ago when Davin & I shared our first slow dance together at a friends wedding how we glided across the dance floor with such ease. I asked him where did her learn how to do a proper slow dance from? He said " my Mom " ,she thought it was important we all knew how to do a proper slow dance with a lady.
