Spatz, David age 91, of Florida, formerly of the North Shore, beloved husband for 68 years of Hazel (nee Englander), loving father of Larry (Marilee), Robert, Bill (Wendy), cherished grandfather of Adora (Tony) Sauer, Rachel, Lea (Gavin) Fine, Laura, Bryan, Alexis (Todd) Radeke, Skippy and Linzy, proud great-grandfather of Ben, Jaden and Hyla, devoted brother of Kitty (Jack) Jacobs, fond uncle and devoted friend of many. Service Sunday, 11 a.m., at The Weinstein Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Norridge. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to J.U.F., 30 S.
