Dear Ruttenberg Family

David brought me such insight over the years. Over numerous lunches we would discuss everything from the Art world to philantropy. He was such a committed, dedicated, caring man. I have met few like him in my lifetime.

My thoughts are with you all.

My thanks to you for teaching me the value of art. My twin girls attend Lake Forest College and I met an African Artist there that knew "Ousman". You are everywhere, David! May you rest in peace and may your spirit live forever! Thanks for the memories!
