Please accept my condolences on the passing of your beloved David. You do not know me, but I took special note of David's name as I read the notice today, because my father's name was also David Nudell. I am wondering if there is a family connection - perhaps your David's father was a cousin to my father. I will tell you what I know and if you feel there is a family connection, I would love to hear from you. Sometimes family members find each other at times like this. And if there is no relation, again, please accept my sincerest condolences. My father was born David Noodleman actually. Son of Mayer, later the family name was changed to Nudell. Mayer (called Mike) Nudell was born in Russia around 1890. My father was born in Chicago in 1922. The family lived in the Lawndale area (1301 S. Ashland and 1420 S. Spaulding) My father's siblings were Ben, Harry, Sam and Sylvia.
