Fox, Dr. David S. age 87, beloved husband of the late Mary K. (nee Kelly), loving father of Andrew (Patricia), David S. Jr. (Janet), Brian (Jan), Dr. John (Monica) and Paul (Nancy) Fox and the late Stephanie (Thomas DDS) Ward, grandfather of 10, great-grandfather of one. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 18th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Clement Church, 642 Deming Place, Chicago. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, Attn: VP of Development, 3815 Highland Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515 appreciated. Funeral info: John E.
